What is EASY360FEEDBACK?
EASY360FEEDBACK is a real-time feedback input system that allows you as the requestor to select respondents to confidentially and anonymously provide input for your continual growth and improved organizational results. This is different from a traditional 360-degree feedback survey, because all of the input is automatically accumulated and can be instantly viewed on your PC/MAC, Smartphone, or Tablet by you (or your coach if you have one) without having to do any manual data gathering or manual analysis.

A few facts that you should know before you begin the EASY360FEEDBACK survey.
Confidentiality:
1. There are no names attached to any of the survey inputs, so feedback is ensured to remain completely anonymous.
2. Each question is scored on a scale from 1 to 5. This eliminates any chance that an individual respondent's responses could be identified.
3. You can view the collective scores of your respondent's responses instantly reviewed by you (or your coach if you have one), which will be displayed over time to show performance trending and change.
4. You will have the ability to see the distribution of the scores (# of each numeric ratings and # of respondents for each of the individual questions), but you will not be able to see any respondents' name.
5. The database collecting this information is owned and operated independently from your organization. No individual data will be available to anyone inside or outside of your organization.
